Problem with editing multiple entries
This is a recreate-able problem- I punted twice with a new account before I figured out what was going on.
-
Search for string - in this case the string was in the payee column - for some reason my bank exports the string "S&S" as "&S", so I was searching for "&S" - selected all entries found and corrected the payee.

I want to tab down to the Bucket and assign a particular bucket for these same transactions. So hit tab once, I'm at "Type:", hit tab a second time, I'm at "Amount", hit tab a third time, I'm at "Bucket", where I want to be. I select the bucket, clear the search box and all of the sudden my running balance is off by quite a bit.
It turns out that when I tab through the "Type" field, it clears the type (which were all withdrawals) to blank which has the effect of turning all the withdrawals into deposits of the same amount so, say a withdrawal listed as -69.69 becomes a deposit of 69.69.
I've also noticed if a particular transaction is displayed and then I search for a group of transactions, that previous transaction is what is displayed on the right and will not change if I highlight one of the transactions I just found through a search - I have to select a blank line and then re select a found transaction before it will display correctly. This is v 1.5 (477) on OS X 10.5.8.

This is the support forum for DebtQuencher. For a speedier response, I would recommend visiting the MoneyWell forum, creating an account, and reposting this bug report.

Kerrinot: As Druzyne said, our MoneyWell forum is a better place to post these questions and problems. We do have a new patch coming that should fix this problem. You can use the beta of MoneyWell 1.5.1 if you want to get a head start on some of the fixes.
